SCREENING BUCKET ACCESSORIES

Different applications require different fragment sizes. That's why Gyru-Star screening buckets are available with 4 different fragment sizes:

• 0-10mm nominal

• 0-15mm nominal

• 0-20mm nominal

• 0-40mm nominal

The stripper plate is designed to reduce the gap created above the top rotor, as the star wear down. This is can be adjusted as needed. Although standard on all 20mm buckets, the stripper plates are available for all Gyru-Star models.

For carriers without the option to control the the hydraulic flow rate from inside the cab, all of our screening buckets can be quipped with hydraulic flow control valves. These allow the operator to manfully set the hydraulic flow rate, and are included as standard on skid steer specific models.

In cases where the hydraulic hoses need to be swapped to the opposite side of the bucket, hydraulic cross over kits can be supplied with all Gyru-Star models.

The anti-reverse valve is designed the prevent the bucket from being damaged if it is run in reverse. The valve limits the speed at which the bucket can be run in reverse. This allows for the rotors to be cleaned without risking damage to the drive line or rotors.

A standard feature on all 10mm and 15mm Gyru-Star screening buckets. The comb kit prevents oversized material from escaping over the top rotor. It is also available on 20mm models, as a way to reduce the fragment size.
