Gyru-Star Compact Screening Systems are an industry-leading screening attachments for excavators, loaders and skid steers. Founded in 2010, Gyru-Star screening buckets are designed and manufactured in Gloucestershire, in the United Kingdom, by Wheatway Solutions Limited.

With a worldwide network of almost 70 authorised dealers, Gyru-Star products can be found on jobsites across Europe, North America, Asia and Oceania.
THE GYRU-STAR STORY
From Garage to Globe
When Colin Smith launched the first Gyru-Star screening bucket in 2010, he was working out of his family garage in Gloucester, England.
In June 2016, he was joined by his daughter Rachael, and together they have grown the business into the world’s largest manufacturer of non-destructive screening solutions.​
Colin and Rachael have always put the needs of the customer first and remain dedicated to providing professional operators around the world with the very best screening solutions on the market.

To this day, Colin remains the Managing Director and principal designer at Wheatway Solutions (Gyru-Star’s parent company). His extensive experience as a heavy equipment engineer, and background in farming, have provided him with a unique insight into the world of compact attachments. In turn, this has enabled him to truly understand the needs of machine operators and create products which you can rely on to get the job done.
